CHALLENGE
A Fortune 500 food manufacturer needed a commerce web site to market and sell its product line.
SOLUTION
Tech-Pros .NET development team worked in conjunction with domain experts from our client to define and design a solution. The solution included implementing Microsoft Commerce Server 2002 and developing an ASP.NET web application. The system used the full commerce pipeline with the MS Commerce 2002 software (product list, shopping cart, checkout, e-mail confirmation, etc.).
RESULT
The resulting site facilitated the commerce of our clients products. Over 200 products are featured and sold on the site. A complete product search function was incorporated for ease of product location. Consumer profiles were shared across this site and another commerce site used by our client.
