Automate the paper intensive healthcare renewal process. Our client wanted to create an industry standard Internet platform that would connect employers with brokers, brokers with TPAs, and ultimately result in carriers bidding on renewal business.
SOLUTION
Tech-Pros project team was comprised of healthcare industry experts and Microsoft technology experts. They worked closely with the company's domain experts to define, design, develop, and deploy the system. The platform connected all trading partners in the healthcare renewal process giving each one a unique interface to conduct business. The centralized system determined the appropriate interface through log in authentication. Information was stored in one common SQL Server database allowing the capture of data across multiple brokers, TPAs, and carriers.

The system positioned our client as the leading independent, online marketplace for stop loss insurance underwriting. The platform provided the following benefits:
