Tech-Pro is looking for the following qualified professionals to join our team:

JAVA DEVELOPER
  • 2 + years of J2EE experience (Servlets, JSP, EJB, JUnit, JMS, JDBC)
  • Experiences with Java IDEs Eclipse, WSAD, etc.
  • 1-2 years Web Application Server experience with WebSphere or WebLogic
  • Knowledge of relational databases (Oracle and SQL Server)
  • Web Services experience a plus (SOAP, WSDL)

.NET DEVELOPER
  • BA in computer science or 3-5 years applicable work experience
  • Strong ASP.NET and C# or VB.NET programming skills
  • 2 + years of .NET framework experience
  • Minimum of 2 .NET project implementations into production
  • Strong SQL Server development skills (stored procedures, triggers, T-SQL, etc.)
  • XML and XSLT skills
  • Building/using frameworks/hierarchies
  • Effective communication and documentation skills
  • Independent work skills as well as team collaboration skills as projects dictate
  • Web services background
  • 3+ years of OO development preferred
  • MCAD or MCSD.NET preferred
  • Multiple Microsoft Server experience preferred (SharePoint Portal Server, BizTalk Server, Commerce Server, Content Management Server)

QUALITY ASSURANCE TESTER
  • Design, develop, debug, modify, and test software programs using current programming languages, methodologies and automated tools
  • Strong writing skills essential for test procedures and results documentation
  • Track and maintain software development effort via tracking management tool
  • Bachelors degree plus 2-5 years of related work experience
  • Automated testing experience using industry leading products (e.g. Mercury or Rational)

BUSINESS ANALYST
  • Strong analysis, assessment, and tracking skills related to system requirements
  • Successful candidate applies knowledge of business, associated business processes, systems and data to solve problems, define and implement solutions and works with IS team members to ensure that project planning and implementation activities are strongly focused on key business requirements
  • Proficiency using one or more of the following computer programs and applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, or Project
  • Financial and brokerage experience helpful but not required
  • Responsibilities include:
  1. Gather, define, write, and communicate business requirements for the proposed solution using the appropriate process and/or project management methodology
  2. Understand current technologies and/or processes and the impact of these technologies on business processes
  3. Translate business requirements into concise functional specifications. Create functional and system level test plans and test cases. Support the development of user acceptance test plans. Assist project managers with preparation and execution of installation and implementation validation plans
  4. Create, develop, write, and track meeting agendas, minutes, action items, and project plans

PROJECT MANAGER
  • Experience managing full lifecycle projects with budgets of $1 million ore more and teams of at least eight
  • Bachelors degree in computer or business related field a plus
  • PMP certification
  • 6-8 years IT project management
  • Team management skills with success in team building, problem solving, and conflict resolution
  • Demonstrated use of structural iterative methodology
  • Strong conceptual grasp of technology, knowledge of client/server architecture, object-oriented design/development , SOA architecture, and web services
  • Experience using PM tool (Microsoft Project, Workbench, etc.)
  • Financial or brokerage experience helpful but not required
  • Cross-functional team management experience a plus

PROJECT MANAGER / ITIL Foundation or Practitioner Certified
  • Experience managing Service/Help Desk start up, Consolidation or Re-engineering projects
  • 4 + years IT Service Desk or Help Desk experience as Analyst, Lead, Manager
  • Team management skills with success in team building, problem solving, and conflict resolution
  • Experience using Microsoft Project, Visio and a Problem Mgmt Application e.g. Remedy, HEAT, Peregrine, HP, or CA
  • Experience as a Technical Writer or creating Process documents.
  • Cross-functional IT Level 2 + team management experience a plus
  • Member of HDI or ITSMf organizations a plus
