Job Description: Duties and Tasks your worker will be expected to perform on a daily/regular basis:

Installation of TrackWise software suit into client’s environments (e.g Sandbox, Dev, Training, Production) including but not limited to the following:

Database and Windows setup
Creating databases and schema
TrackWise installation
TrackWise Utilities installation
Trackwise Quality Data Sync (QDS) installation and configuration
Web application and underlying software installation
TrackWise coordinator service setup and testing
Middleware components on Trackwise installation to support integration layer

Documenting and/or editing software installation document to ensure installation steps are complete, repeatable for others to follow
Participating in Installation Qualification and/or Operational Qualification of the TrackWise software to provide documented validation of the installation (as required by Client’s processes)
Migrating configuration (via migrator tool) and web services to applicable environments –validating all applicable code was properly migrated and troubleshooting / resolution of issues
Adding additional environments to migration path (as applicable)
Working with Client’s project team and Sparta to log and trouble-shoot issues in the installation and/or software
Recommendations for use of industry best practices for an enterprise TrackWise implementation
Reviewing of configuration and web service designs and providing feedback on adherence to design standards and TrackWise best practices
Using Client’s IT Software Development Processes to maintain compliance to client’s Quality requirements and standards
Authoring and/or contributing to the creation of the necessary technical documentation to support the TrackWise implementation and ongoing support and maintenance of the solution

Education/Experience/Skills required to successfully performing the above duties/tasks:

Experience working on new implementation projects or major system enhancements/upgrades on TrackWise QMS version 8 leading the execution of the activities described above
Demonstrated experience working for an FDA regulated industry
Self-starter and ability to work independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with geographically dispersed teams
Demonstrated experience in the following technologies: Crystal Reports; Oracle database; Apache Web Server; Java Web Services development;

Education/Experience/Skills that are not required, but helpful:

Completion of TrackWise certification courses
Experience working on new TrackWise implementations for a large, global Medical device company


5 – 8 Years with BS, 3 – 6 Years with MS, 0 – 3 Years with PhD
